ORDERING AT ELECTRIC CHARLIE

At Electric Charlie our priority is to make your online shopping experience as simple as possible. All prices listed are in Australian dollars.

You can order with us by:

• Secure on-line purchasing - Only VISA and Mastercards are accepted. Cheques will be accepted but goods will not be despatched until the cheque has been received and cleared.
• Direct deposit - Choose 'Email/Direct Deposit' from the payment choices and proceed to the checkout. On the final 'Thank you' page our banking details will be displayed.
• Phone - Our phone number for orders or enquiries in 08 8584 7886.

If you supply an email address with your order you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your order. Your orders will be attended to promptly and we will advise if there are any delays with providing products.

POSTAGE and HANDLING

Electric Charlie has a flat rate of $8 per order up to 3kg for Australian residents. If your order exceeds 3kgs you will be advised of the extra cost and given the chance to cancel the order.
Overseas orders will incur an added cost for postage. You will be contacted on receival of an order and advised of the appropriate postage costs.

OUT OF STOCK
If you place an order and we happen to be out of stock of the product we will advise you and you can choose to wait for the stock to arrive or you may cancel the order.

RETURNS
While all care is taken in packaging your goods, Electric Charlie will not be responsible for any goods received damaged, due to shipping. No returns are accepted on items purchased at sale price unless faulty. If the item you have purchased is faulty please contact LamiSaru via email (look.good@electriccharlie.com.au) or phone 08 8584 7886 for a return authorisation number. We will then inform you of the best way to return the item to us. THIS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF ORDER.

SECURITY
Electric Charlie knows the importance of being able to shop securely on-line so we have taken steps to ensure that our customers information is secure.
